54ph Terms & Conditions — User Agreement for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the 54ph platform and participation in any real-money gaming activity is subject to strict eligibility requirements mandated by Philippine law and the PAGCOR regulatory framework.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gambling activity on 54ph. This requirement is non-negotiable and reflects the minimum gambling age established under Philippine gambling regulations.
• Geographic Eligibility: The 54ph platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law is strictly forbidden. It is the user's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the platform is lawful in their location.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under legal guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are prohibited from registering.
• Verification: 54ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or fund withholding pending verification.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the 54ph platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

2 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money gaming features on 54ph, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully.

• Registration Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 54ph login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account access with any third party. 54ph will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• Mobile Verification: A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered Philippine mobile number (Globe, Smart, or DITO) during registration to verify account ownership. You must maintain access to this mobile number; changes must be reported to 54ph support promptly.
• Account Suspension: 54ph reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where fraud, abuse, terms violations, or regulatory requirements are identified.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 54ph platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Accepted Payment Methods: 54ph currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without advance notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in your 54ph wallet within minutes of completion. Bank transfer deposits may take 30 minutes to several hours depending on your bank and time of transaction.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of a verified request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and have been obtained through lawful means. 54ph will not process deposits from third-party payment sources not registered in your name.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 54ph reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above platform thresholds.
• Anti-Money Laundering: 54ph is required to comply with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Players must not use the 54ph platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

54ph offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by the specific terms applicable to each promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit match welcome bonus is available to new 54ph accounts making their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Players should read these terms before claiming any bonus.

5 Gameplay Rules & Conduct

• Fair Play: All games available on the 54ph platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by the respective licensed game developers. 54ph does not alter game outcomes or RTPs.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 54ph's system records will be used to determine the outcome. 54ph is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Bet Finality: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the 54ph system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• Live Casino & Sports Betting: Special rules apply to live casino and sports betting products. In the event of a dispute, the platform's recorded data takes precedence over player-side screenshots or recollections.
• Account Usage: Your 54ph account is for personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets.

6 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

54ph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The platform provides the following tools and resources within every player's account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Timers: Configurable session length alerts that notify players when a pre-set duration has been reached. Automatic logout can be enabled.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary break from gambling of 1 day to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login to the platform is disabled.

7 Prohibited Activities & Account Termination

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 54ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or providing false age information
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain
• Deploying bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to interact with platform games
• Collusion with other players in poker, live table games, or any competitive game format
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or otherwise compromise 54ph platform security
• Abusing the bonus system, including use of multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses
• Threatening or harassing 54ph staff or other players via the platform's communication channels
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 54ph platform — including but not limited to the 54ph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of 54ph or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 54ph content without express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 54ph's total liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 54ph is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to failure to secure your credentials
• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events
• Acts of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications carriers

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 54ph makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

54ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 54ph.vip/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in that policy. 54ph complies with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding any transaction, bet outcome, or account matter, you must first contact 54ph's customer support team via live chat and allow a reasonable period (up to 72 hours) for resolution. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the complaint in writing to [email protected]. 54ph will endeavor to resolve all complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable PAGCOR guidelines. The decision of 54ph's compliance team on factual matters relating to game outcomes and transaction records shall be final, subject to regulatory review where applicable.

12 Amendments to These Terms

54ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform notification system or to the email/mobile number on file. Continued use of the 54ph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. 54ph operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework and is subject to the oversight and enforcement authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
