The data controller responsible for the personal information collected through the 54ph platform is 54ph, operating the online gaming platform at 54ph.vip under the PAGCOR regulatory framework in the Philippines.

- Regulatory Authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government authorities may receive personal data pursuant to lawful regulatory requests, court orders, or legal proceedings.
- KYC/AML Service Providers: Third-party identity verification and anti-money laundering screening services engaged by 54ph to assist with regulatory compliance obligations.

6 Data Retention

Some of 54ph's technology infrastructure and service providers may be located outside the Philippines. 12 Changes to This Policy
